Welcome to Laser Smooth Luxe. By using our website, booking services, or opting into SMS communications, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Laser Smooth Luxe provides laser hair removal and non-invasive aesthetic services. All services are by appointment only. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason consistent with applicable law.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled online or over the phone. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.

3. SMS Terms of Service

By checking the opt-in box on our website form, you agree to receive SMS messages from Laser Smooth Luxe for the purposes of appointment management and promotional offers.

You can expect to receive 1 to 5 text messages per appointment cycle, including:

Booking confirmation
Appointment reminders
Reschedule or cancellation notices
Post-treatment follow-up
Occasional promotional messages (no more than 4 per month)

4. Payment & Refunds

All service fees are due at the time of appointment unless otherwise stated. Packages and prepaid services are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual upon request.

You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. All content is property of Lola’s Laser Smooth Luxe and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Laser Smooth Luxe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services or website. All services are provided by licensed or certified professionals, but results may vary by individual.
